Simona Pompili - Labour Consultant
My name is Simona Pompili, I was born in Ostra (AN) where I live. Employment Consultant I am a qualified and registered with the Register of February 25, 2005 Consultants of the province of Ancona. Soon my work and professional activity at a data processing center in Senigallia (An). In my daily work I deal with all issues relating to the management of human resources and labor consulting direct to companies. The passion for this work, or rather for the right job, took me in recent years to attend numerous training courses and master's degree in labor law. I have been fortunate over the years to know along my professional growth of great professionals, academics and lawyers of great importance at the national level. The true love of labor law have grown thanks to Dr. Enzo De Fusco - Employment Consultant, journalist in Rome, thanks to which for a short time I was a publicist for some magazines. The second professional fight was with Prof. Pierluigi Rausei - Director of the Territorial Directorate of Labour of Macerata, to whom we say a special thank you for giving me the opportunity to interact within their own forum as coordinator responding to numerous questions posed by members of the site and the opportunity to participate with other consultants in the drafting of an operational guide to the employment contracts published by IPSOA. Other excellent professionals encounter every day on my way working, that remind me how much my life dedicated to this work is a choice of love for this profession. I still have much to learn but new challenges await me, two in particular: to put to the service of others my experience of operator labor law as a speaker in refresher courses at schools, provinces, companies and law international job.
